Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
Standard shipping will be utilized unless otherwise requested. Standard shipping requires 7-10 business day. We will gladly accept exchanges if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery. Items for exchange must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns or cancellations so please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to make it right.
Due to the customization of items, they cannot be returned unless they were damaged or defective upon delivery.
For items that are not customized, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Shipping costs are non-reimbursable and items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. there is a $25 re-stocking fee for all ready to ship items.
All sizes are approximate and can sometimes be off by a small margin. This is due to the 100% cotton, quilting design, and final washing prior to shipment therefore we cannot guarantee exact measurements. If measurements are off more than 5 inches on at least one side (combined sides) from the size stated in the description we will be happy to correct the error.
Consultations are $25 for 30 minutes and customers will not be charged for going over the 30 minutes if more time is needed to discuss projects. The consultation fee is non-refundable. Please have a general idea of colors, fabrics, patterns...etc. that you want incorporated into the quilt. If you fail to provide enough detail we will have creative freedom in order to avoid delays.
